What is included in the rental package?
While you work on your guest list, you can leave the creative sleepover styling to us!
Each rental package includes: Up to 6 tents using an A-frame or teepee tent (based on age and availability), a cot mattress or air mattress (based on the tent style), throw pillows, a throw blanket, string lights, lantern or table light, a tray table, and a thematic party favor for guests to keep.
Delivery, setup, styling, and pickup are included for rentals within a 20-mile radius from 16803.
How do I reserve a date?
Please refer to our calendar of availability and submit a reservation request form with two preferred dates. We will follow up within 24 - 48 hours regarding your inquiry,
As a family-run business, Happy Valley Slumber may not be able to accommodate every requested date due to our own family and travel obligations, but we hope to offer 2 to 3 party rentals per month.
Is there a deposit?
Once a date is confirmed, a $100 deposit is required to book your party. The deposit will go toward the final payment.
When is the balance and final guest count due?
The final guest count and remaining balance is due 2 week prior to the event.

What are the recommended ages?
We welcome potty-trained children ages 3 and up. A-frame tents are best suited for kids ages 3 thru 9 and the teepee tents are best for ages 9+. Themes are offered in both tent styles.
Adult sleepovers are also welcomed as the Twin-sized air mattresses measure 74" in length with a weight capacity of 300 lbs.
What are the dimensions of each tent?
The party space should be large enough to fit the requested tents. You can also contact us and/or send us a picture of your proposed space and we'd be happy to discuss setup options.
A-frame tent: __________ with a pro fiber-filled cot mattress measuring 3.5'' H X 30'' W X 75'' L.
Teepee tent: 72" H X 48" W X 48" D with an air mattress measuring 12" H X 39" W X 74" L.
We suggest having at least 18" in front of each tent to allow for a safe walking space and to place the tray table, if desired.
What are the venue requirements?
We kindly ask that any necessary furniture should be removed prior of delivery as we cannot move furniture and that the room be clean and cleared prior to arrival and setup.
Pets must be kept away from the sleepover space between set up and pick up. The event space must be smoke-free.
How long is set up and take down?
Set up can last between 1.5 to 2 hours and take down can take from 45 minutes to an hour.
When do you set up and take down?
We will work with you to arrange a time to set up the day of the event and take down the day the event concludes.
Are rental items cleaned after each use?
We launder and disinfect all rental items after each use. Guests should bring their own sleeping pillow for sanitary purposes.
Can tents be placed outside?
Tents can only be used inside in a smoke-free environment.
Are food and drinks allowed in the tents?
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the tent. Tray tables can be used for food/drink if placed off the mattress and away from the tents.
Do guests need to bring a pillow and blanket?
We ask that guests bring their own sleeping pillow for sanitary purposes. A throw blanket is provided with each rental, but guests are encouraged to bring a sleeping bag or extra blanket if they get cold at night.
Do you charge for delivery?
No. Happy Valley Slumber offers delivery as part of the rental package for events within a 20-mile radius from 16803 in State College.
Do you stay and host the party?
No. Happy Valley Slumber does not host the party but we will deliver, set up, and style the tents for your event. The following day we will pick up the rental items at an agreed upon time.

How long is the rental period?
The rental period lasts from the agreed upon delivery time and pick up time.
